Emilie...still growing

It's been so much fun capturing Emilie grow into a little toddler. Each session is so new and different, and her ability to explore and play gets bigger each time. I think she's going to be quite the social butterfly and she's a bundle full of energy, smiles and joy. Here's the little cutie...

Mia is 6 months old!!

What a precious family! I can't believe how quickly Mia is growing up....what a cutie pie. She is quite possibly one of the most laid back babies i've ever met. If this first photo doesn't fit her perfectly, well.... It was so great to see you guys again. Let's definitely hang out again soon :) Much love!

The Marusiks...still growing

As we pulled into the airport, Lillie held on to my hand for dear life. She's only four, but she's knows her geography well....Indiana and TX are not close to one another. And dropping aunt amanda and uncle nate is not on her top 10 list. Saying goodbye is never easy, but it's the anticipation of seeing them again that we hold tightly to.

It never gets old photographing these guys...they hold a pretty special place in my heart :) We were so thankful to spend time with them while in TX for a wedding. We love you guys bunches....enjoy!

Carter Steller

What an absolute cutie!!! I had such a blast capturing little Carter at the Children's museum. Thanks to facebook, Christi and Rob (old college friends) discovered Turtle Pond. They actually live in Louisville and drove up for the shoot. It was wonderful seeing them and catching up....I'm definitely looking forward to more fun shoots of this little guy :)

Lauren & Matthew

I photographed little Lauren when she was about a year old...well now, she's all grown up! Ok, not really ALL grown up, but she's changed soooo much, and she has a little brother! They both have these killer blue eyes...and beautiful smiles. We had a great winter shoot, even though they weren't completely sure about the SNOW! I don't blame them :) Thank you guys for another wonderful session....enjoy the photos!

A day in the life of Pierce

I took another amazing trip to Virginia to capture one of my favorite little guys, Piercey-poo It has been so fun to be a part of capturing his childhood and his mommy's love for her son. Bascially I just hung out with them for the day and captured a day in the life of 2yr. old Pierce. Thank you Anne Lawrence for everything, it was wonderful seeing you guys again :)

Baby Alina's baptism

What a precious day for this sweet family. Little Alina was baptized at the beautiful St.Joan of Arc catholic church. It was so special to watch the love of this family surround Alina on such an important day. The priest said something to the effect, "this is the first step but not the last in raising this little girl." I loved what he said because life really is a journey, and this little girl clearly has the support of many family and friends to help her along the way. Here are a few moments from the day....

This little guy could surely put a smile on anyone's face! What a little bundle of joy he was....and so much fun to capture! I love watching kids explore, pick up dirt, put things in their mouths etc....it's all a part of the adventure. It was great seeing you guys again....so excited for you!

Baby Mia

Meet beautiful baby Mia....she's just perfectly precious! We have loved getting to know Tami and Todd in the last couple of years. They are truly amazing and genuinely beautiful people. We are absolutely overjoyed for them at the arrival of their precious daughter. Sharing life's moment's with people is by far one of the best perks of what I do. It's an even bigger bonus when you get to be there for more than one of those life altering moments. We love you guys and are so excited for you, many congrats!

Lauryn is 1

Who can resist a sweet little one year old with pigtails, seriously! Little Lauryn was such a doll, independent yet very much attached to mommy and daddy still. I love capturing that bond and seeing how the love and affection they've given to her comes through. THank you guys so much for letting me capture your beautiful daughter and family. Nanny Nanna-rific

As you all know, our neighbors are moving...big sigh. Amy has been their AMAZING nanny since little Caroline was born. We have grown very fond of having her around as well, however I'm sure no one will miss her quite as much as sweet little Caroline! If i were a little kid and I could request a nanny, there's no one else I'd rather have than Amy. We'll miss seeing you around so much, at least your not moving quite so far!! Big hugs :)

sweet baby lucy

Tiny toes, sleepy eyes, velvet skin, silky hair, floppy arms, sweet as honeysuckle scent....ahhh babies. They are such precious little bundles of joy. It was wonderful to meet little lucy (aka lucia in italiano), and capture some precious moments with her, mommy and daddy. I love the glow of a new family and the joy the illuminates from within. After nine months of waiting their precious baby is here and well. Congratulations you guys....looking forward to more fun moments :)

Emilie is 6 months!

Little Emilie is growing as quick as a daffodil in the spring! It's been such a joy to capture her this year. The last time we were together she was all about her having her hands in her mouth and could barely hold herself up on her stomach. Now she's almost sitting up on her and loves her feet :) Thank you guys for another wonderful session...I'm looking forward to the next one!
