Trenton is one



Oh my goodness....what a cutie pie! This little boy has the best smiles in the world. He was born with a heart defect and has already been through two open heart surgeries with more to come. You would never know what he's been through with a smile like his. What a great reminder to me that no matter how tough life can be, and it can be tough, a smile and a positive perspective can do wonders :) Thank you Trenton for that wonderful reminder. You are so precious and will be in our prayers.
