You have landed in The Pond. We are Amanda &
Nate Reynolds, a husband/wife team (the kind that actually enjoys working
together :) Turtle Pond Photography is where we work. Well, if you can call
having a blast, doing what you love and meeting great people WORK, then this is
definitely work. We are so blessed to do what we love. Shooting weddings is
so much fun and we are honored each time we are part of a bride and groom's
special day. Actually, it's quite humbling to be asked to be there on the
biggest day of their life. Amanda also loves to photograph kids. Shooting in
their own environment it really brings out the best in
them.

Photography Workshp
Indianapolis is going to be fortunate enough to
host several wonderful photographers for a 3 day workshop. We are getting
together March 24-26 and will be covering everything from lighting to albums to
marketing and branding to working with clients. We will also have a couple of
evening shoots taking place. All of this for $50 and two lunches are even
included!! We hope you can make it as it will be a great time to make some
friends and new connections.

virginia!!
Turtle Pond is going to Virginia!! Amanda is
planning on visiting Virginia Beach and Orange Virginia April 24-30 to do a
little shooting and visit some wonderful friends! If by any chance you live in
Virginia (I will be in the Richmond and Virginia Beach areas) and would like to
schedule an appointment, I still have some slots open!! For questions about

It's finally here!!!
Some of you may have heard through the grapevine,
or stumbled upon it by accident.....we have a new website!!!! We couldn't be
more thrilled to announce the new and improved turtlepondphotography.com!! We
can't thank all of YOU enough, our clients, friends and family for making our
business the success that it is! We have truly been blessed beyond what we could
ever have imagined! We really do have the most amazing clients, and it's because
of your smiles and warm hearts that we exist! A big shout out to our amazing
designers at The
Foundry and our web designer Jeff for making this all happen. You
will find a ton of new images in the galleries to look through. Enjoy, peruse,

It's Back, It's Better!!
The Turtle Pond 2-4-1 sale is back!! Any print
order made between now and December 10th will automatically be doubled. You
won't see anything different in your shopping cart, simply process any print
order and we'll print two of everything. It's all just a fancy way of saying
"Free Doubles" Any order placed during the sale is guaranteed to be delivered
before Christmas.
The better part? Most of you received a slideshow with your event. In the bottom-right corner there is a link to order a dvd copy of your show. Well, for the month of December all shows are $125, half off the regular price!!

Make-A-Wish
The annual fundraiser for Indiana
chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation was this week and was hosted by
Indianapolis Colt's tight end Dallas Clark. Make-A-Wish grants wishes to
children with life-threatening medical conditions in order to enrich the human
experience with hope, strength and joy. It was such a treat for us to capture
the event.
Tommy Krcmaric, pictured here with Peyton and Dallas, was the evening's honorary Make-A-Wish child.
I bet this little guy won't forget this photo.
Rupert from survivor lore stopped in for the night.
Hunter Smith offered up the blessing.
Reggie Wayne was kind enough to help out.
This little guy was part of the auction. Even though Bryan Fletcher had the winning bid, I think 'Snickers' won Dallas' heart.

Tag, we're it!!
Well, our friends over at www.bobbiandmike.com have tagged us. Their
names are Mike and Bobbi but not necessarily in that order
:p
Now it's our turn :)
Because we were tagged, we have to share 8 quirky facts about ourselves and then tag 8 other photographers. Here we go...
* Amanda has the same birthday as her sister Amy, but 3 years apart.
* We are Vizsla owners. (I'm gonna make you google it ;)
* Amanda trained with Jaycie Phelps , 1996 Olympic gold medal gymnast.
* Nate is a recovering CPA and loves a fine Chianti. Seriously.
* Amanda studied art in Florence, Italy .
* We both love fried zucchini.
* Nate enjoys cutting firewood to heat our house with.
* Amanda has the uncanny but not unheard of trifecta : left-handed, drives a VW and love Macs .

One light workshop
Wow!!! Nate and I had the pleasure of
hosting Zack
Arias and his One Light Workshop at our home on Wednesday. We
had about 30 photographers in our home learning about the wonderful world of
light. Zack does an amazing job with this and it was so great to get to know
him a little. I learned so much and am so excited to start to apply it. It was
also great to meet some new photographers from around the midwest and build some
great relationships. A big thanks to Zack and everyone who came. We also want to
apologize to all of you who I've been neglecting because our lives have been so
hectic these last couple of weeks.

A new turtle is in town
You might notice a new look around here :)
We have updated out logo and colors. A whole new site is also in the works. We
loved the old stuff but wanted a new and more refined look. Hope you like

OSP Indy
We just finished a photographer's
conference here in Indy called OSP. It was a great crowd and we made a bunch of
new friends. OSP is a forum of photogs that really want to help each other out.
We have been members for about a year and have learned a ton. We have periodic
get-to-gethers but mostly just laugh and go out for Mexican
:)

You don’t have to do anything special – just place an order and it will be doubled. For example, if you order 3 different 8x10’s, you will receive two prints of each one. Or if you order 4 copies of a single image, you will receive 8. Your cart won’t show the 2-for-1, we will simply double your order when printing.
